Awesome store. Spent all day looking and they had the best furniture at the best prices. Ask for Giovanni! Best furniture salesman I've ever dealt with. Extremely friendly guy and not pushy AT ALL. Thanks! We will be back for our new sofa soon.
This place is a rip off. Don't waste your money here. I bought a bedroom set and it came in the box was chipped up. Then was told id have to set up to a week to get a replacement. The worst part is that since I didn't pay for them put up the furniture so now I have to take it apart and re assemble the bed myself when the new headboard comes. When I asked if I could just return all of furniture I was told no. The sales team here are sharks and will say and do anything for sale. Don't waste your time or money in this dump. To be real most of the furniture looks cheap I have people laughing me for how much I paid for it. Don't waste your money of time with this place.
Went into this location on September 30th to purchase a new bed for my daughters. Got a "GREAT DEAL" to begin with but here's the kicker. Set the pick up date for 10/13/17. Was told there were plenty of units in stock and that my unit was reserved with my name on it. I show up on 10/13 and after being there 15 minutes was told that my bed was sold. And no other bed was available and that i could wait the 3-4 weeks to get another one. Unfortunately this was not an option as my daughters needed a bed. I take the floor model which has a cracked ladder support and am told that I would be ordered a new one and it would be delivered at no cost. Well today the finance company takes their first payment out of my account stating that the store told them I had picked up my merchandise. After dealing with that with the finance company I call the store and am told that they are still sold out of the bed, but I'm on the list to get a new one. Cant begin to express my level of frustration with this entire situation and how its being handled.
Brent and Zack did an amazing job moving my furniture into my apartment in under 30 minutes, while assembling a bed, couch, and dresser - stellar! They were professional and deserve praise - probably a bonus. I wish, however, we were offered to go up to the deal they were having a few weeks ago and had gotten a few more pieces, but that's a sales issue. In any case, the pieces were great and the service was professional.
Put a new set of furniture on layaway. Went to pick it up and pay it off and somebody sold the recliner so they gave us the floor model. Not happy about that at all!! When I finally got to sit in my recliner I noticed there is damage to the arm of the chair. I have called them, sent pictures that they requested, and called again. Still nobody has called me back. It's getting put on the back burner obviously. How hard is it to call and discuss the situation instead of avoiding it. I have called a third time and got the response that the manager will call you. Nope, he sure hasn't. I told them that I want the chair replaced with a new chair. I was supposed to have it new when I bought it, not a floor model. It's obvious somebody just picked at a spot on the arm of the chair and I told them that. If something is not done soon, as it's been 3 weeks, I will take the set back and get a refund. Right now I wouldn't advise anybody to go to this place and get furniture of no kind. Customer service was good for the sale but since then their customer service is terrible.
