They were very friendly in the store and very helpful until you buy the product. I brought a Ashley Furniture living room set. I paid to get it delivered. I don't know if the delivery company they uses dropped my furniture because the chaise clicks when you sit on it. The sofa springs aren't good because it sinks lower than the love seat. One of the cushions zipper busted and pillows don't have enough stuffing. Love seat perfect but sofa sucks. Now I'm getting the run around about the warranty. Mines is paid in full maybe that was a bad thing.
This was literally the most unprofessional and sketchy experience I have ever had in any store. They tell you there are multiple different payment plans but will not tell you anything more than that until you have filled out their no credit check application, which you can see someone posted a photo of. I questioned why they would need all of my personal information just to tell me about what payment plans are available to me. I wasn't even set on buying something, I just wanted to know what different payment arrangements are offered. I filled out the form and handed it back to the guy and then he took me over to a computer to some website I've never seen before and wanted me to fill out all of personal information there, as well. That's when I decided I was done. I got up from the computer and told the guy I wasn't interested and asked him to give me that form back that had all my personal information on it. He said "I can't, we keep them on file for three years". I'm sorry, but if that form has literally all my information on it, it belongs to me. I told him again that I don't want them to have my information and to give it back to me right now. He rolled his eyes and handed it back to me with an attitude. He had already made a copy of it so I had to track that down and take that, as well. I don't trust this place for a second there is some sketchy stuff going on if they want all your personal information before even giving you a general description of what types of payment options are available. Trust me, their low-quality crap furniture isn't worth the hassle.

Didn't realize this was a "all sales final store". Bought the "presidential" mattress with box spring and 5 months later, the mattress had started getting a deep indention in it (sag they call it). I made sure before my purchase that the mattress had a warranty and was NEW. They assured me it was NEW and had a 30 year warranty. Guess what? They wouldn't honor the warranty! So I am stuck with a $600 mattress that's already defective 5 months into owning it! Not to mention I was approved thru "Acceptance Now" only to find out they are the parent company to Rent A Center... No thanks. Come get your crappy, defective mattress!!!!
