I worked there for a year. I'm no salesman; however, after receiving an associates in Interior design, from FIT in Manhattan, I can promise you every bad review (including the bugs (in the Wood of the bars on occasion)) is completely true. The sales people don't blame them. The company is shady. The management... if it's still Jay Band yea he's the scum of the furniture sales genre.
My wife and I went here to browse mattresses. Haverty's have a wide range of brands and firmness levels and our customer representative was fantastic...she gave us space to try things out, checked-in every so often to see if we had questions, and was very product-knowledgeable for the items in which we had some interest. We will absolutely be returning because of the the excellent, low-pressure service and great furniture selection.

Go in and ask them to find you a 100% made and assembled in the USA recliner. Can't be done. Doesn't matter; however, you're payingn the price as if it's top notch. The sales people be kind too. They're good people making next to nothing.

She and the salesman came to our house, asked good questions, took measurements and gave us a presentation a few days later.
