My purchase was sold out.I was able to purchase the floor model because I really wanted the dining set. I was a little disappointed that I was not offered a discount considering the item was discontinued..free delivery would have been nice..You think?
So I forgot why I hated Haynes so much and made the horrible mistake of purchasing from them again after the memory faded over the 10+ years since my last purchase. We paid approximately $2,000 in full for a piece of furniture that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. We are having the room repainted and there was a delay in painting so I called to see if I could reschedule the delivery. The answer was since I didn't give them 48 hours notice that I would have to pay 15% of the entire purchase for the restocking fee. I saw their warehouse and there was a ton of empty space. I can't imagine why this is that big of a deal. They have our money and we had unforeseen circumstances and are asking for their help. Apparently getting the $300 for a restocking fee is more important to them than getting a return customer. Lesson learned...again. Hopefully this time I won't forget. They clearly don't care about their customers. Additionally, the woman at the desk who took our payment was rude. The salesman was pleasant though so I hope he finds a nicer place to work.
ZERO STARS the worst company I have ever dealt with. I should've followed my 1st mind and gone to ROOMS 2 GO. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY BROKEN DOWN FURNITURE. DIDN'T HAVE IT 30 DAYS and your telling me it could take up to 3 MONTHS for the part to come in. Where they do that at HAYNES FURNITURE. The manager whatever her name was didn't help any she was trying to be nasty, but your company is full of BS. I will make my family and friends never shop there. I bought the furniture home no cords to plug the couch or recliner in. Had to send my son back twice the day I got it. ZERO STARS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
They don’t deserve this 1 star, but it wouldn’t let me post unless I chose at least 1. I felt like I wasn’t welcome there and I was wasting their time. I called up to the store and spoke to the manager and he seemed unconcerned as well.. worst experience I have ever had and won’t go back.
Very fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was actually sunshine on a rainy day. Thanks to Yummy our salesperson
