Good selection, nice sales associates, clean store. Everything we looked at was clearly marked and the salesman didn't pressure us (thank god). There were some pieces for sale that looked either broken or poorly constructed but besides that there were some extremely nice pieces of solid construction. A sales person was always near by. Keep up the good work.
I have bought furniture here on two separate occasions and pleased with my experience. I however would advise against using Credit Acceptance as a finance option. Too many hidden cost in the contract.

Great store. Got a really good deal on a couch/chair combo. The salesman was never pushy and let me window shop for weeks while I figured out what I wanted. And the delivery guys did a great job getting the huge couch into my tiny apt.
Furnished an entire home from the Broad Street store. Living room suit with coffee and end tables, kitchen set, trundle bed and 2 bedroom suits with mattress and box springs. Sofa arm was broken when we picked it up. We had to pick it up because our 2nd home is 2 hours away from them. They tried to stiff me on the sofa and send out a tech. I told her I can't just be at that house whenever and I didn't purchase a broke sofa and I wanted a new one. Then opened one dresser and top was busted so had to ask for a new one. This required another day of me driving from Amherst, VA to our house in hudgins, VA, picking up damaged furniture and returning it to store to pick up new and take it back to hudgins house. Then the trundle bed was missing parts. Had to call to have those mailed to me. Mattress and box springs sold to me for one bed were almost to the ceiling. Salesperson should have known to sell me a bunkie board in place of box spring. Had to buy a bunkie board and now have a new queen box spring i have no use for. New 2nd sofa had a broken piece we discovered when we got it back to the house and unwrapped it from plastic. They gave me a $50 refund for that damage. Arm has now broken on the living room chair like first sofa. Today one of our beds broke. It's not been used but about 5 times. Seriously no one should buy here. Crappy furniture. Poor customer service too. Cheap price isn't always better. Lesson learned. All of this money in addition to renting a U-Haul for $325 and paying 2 guys to pick it up and deliver it the first time. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! I believe I'll report to the BBB as well.
