We have been using DSCR at work for about 4 years for repairs and quarterly maintenance on our 16 rooftop units. If we have an issue, they are usually able to come out the same day. Most work is scheduled with the same tech, who is familiar with our equipment and it's history, and whose opinion I've come to really trust.

Over the years we have used a fair amount of heating and cooling companies. I certainly wish I discovered Dominion a lot sooner. It would have saved me a lot of money! Finally, a company who does what they say they are going to do - when they said they would do it. They were on time, professional, and really explained (in terms I could understand) the problem plus possible solutions. And the best part....My new system has truly lowered my electric bill. So far I am saving $80-$120 a month compared to last year. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dominion!!!
I have worked with Dominion Service Company for close to 10 years. I highly recommend them for both commercial and residential service! My job entails selecting the best quality and value for the nonprofit organizations with which I work. Dominion has been a good company to work with. I have used them multiple times in the past 10 years out of which I have had 2 years service contracts. The service contracts paid for itself with two free system tunes and a couple of service calls I had to make while on plan.
I did have one issue with the pricing of a coil and refrigerant replacement but it was worked out quickly by the service technician.
