Very pleased with Invisible Fence of Richmond, particularly Aaron who has been to our house a few times. The previous owners of our home installed an invisible fence. We later upgraded to the "Boundary Plus" system and it's been worth every penny. Our German Shepherd (who tests boundaries ) has responded well. The product and service has been excellent.
We had a great experience with Ryan Conzalino and his team. They answered our 50 questions and made sure our skittish rescue dog was 100% comfortable and safe with the Invisible Fence. The customer service is outstanding and we have zero regrets about our decision. The training made sure Quincy was taught that the yard is a FUN place to be and he loves spending sunny days patrolling for deer, birds and squirrels. He quickly sends them on their way but is never tempted to go beyond our yard. We are all very happy!!
