This gym is welcoming, friendly, clean and a good value. You will find all ages and body types here trying to improve their health one workout at a time. Staff is helpful, lots of machines, many classes and great hours.
I'm not a gym person, AT ALL, but I have to tell you - for the first time ever - I feel welcome and I feel like I fit in. I'm actually enjoying my experience which is amazing. The people there are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it - especially if you find gyms intimidating.
I Love cycling!!! Tamu is the best cycling instructor ever. I also enjoy Zumba and I can't complain about the price.
They are cheap and they have real weights and equipment unlike planet fitness. It's smaller but who cares. Staff is super nice too
