This is the worst clinic ever I️ strongly do not recommend this clinic. I️ completely understand why they have two stars I️ wouldn’t have given them ANY if I️t were my choice. The dr was nice that’s about I️t. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE

I really liked Dr. Peters, very knowledgeable, energetic, and straight to the point doctor. But his employees do not reflect his personality AT ALL. Majority of everyone in this clinic is highly insensitive of their patients emotional needs. If you're are a caring individual, who is already having a hard time making such a decision, I would not suggest you got to this clinic for your care. I am only receiving the pill, and even with such a simple procedure they still show little to no empathy on the behalf of my concerns and feelings, so I could not imagine going through the surgical procedure with them. All they really care about, is whether you have the money for your procedure or not. I called with a concern for my health, and the lady I spoke to was very inconsiderate, and very impersonal. She told me that "this is all apart of the process, just take the rest of your pills and get it over with already". They don't even give you professional copies of your ultrasound for you to hold on to, they photo copy it on computer paper (not memorable AT ALL). They don't even give you gowns to properly undress into, they want you to pull your pants down to your knees, hop on the table and insert the ultrasound probe yourself. They take your phone away from you, it is not allowed in the back (in case you want to call or text a family member or friend in the event you become distressed/sad). The waiting room is so small, yet becomes so full, and everyone is just staring in everyone's face, meanwhile they take FOREVER to call you by your FIRST name to come to the back (they should use last names.) I do not like this clinic at all, and I wish I would have just stuck to going to Planned Parenthood.

I was getting the pill done as I was only 6 pregnant. There is no reason at all that I should have had to wait for over two hours to be given some pills. Especially since the procedure is to get one pill in the office and then 4 at home. The staff is nice but it was too long. And the protesters are the worst!

I called to ask a question about getting an ultrasound done. My girlfriend and I had an appt for an abortion set sup already we just wanted a clear ultrasound picture. I called for my girlfriend because she's a teacher and works during the day. The lady who answered phone constantly invalidated me and kept trying make me feel as though I didn't know what I was talking about and as if this process has nothing to do with me. An abortion us tough on both the father and the mother of the fetus period and she kept telling me "well this isn't happening to you it's het so let's get that straight" she also said "well y'all aren't pregnant she's pregnant and going to have to go through this understand that". That wasn't her place to say any of that every other place I've called have been very accepting and warm they also don't dismiss the males in this process. I'm highly disappoint in this clinic and this was just an over the phone encounter I can o my imagine how this is in office.

Financial aid is SO HELPFUL and they have sedation, i didn't remember the procedure at all aftrwards except that someone let me hold her hand. The girls who work here they all obviously know what they are talking about and let me call back with questions afterwards.

I don't recommend this place
