I dropped my bike off for repairs - it was ghost shifting and the rear tire rubbed against the frame when climbing hills. Asked them to diagnose problem and repair. Paid $50 for a tune up and was told it would take five days. Never got a call back. I finally stopped in and picked my bike up. Two minutes into my next ride, the chain comes off while climbing, and the tire is rubbing as bad as ever. Took it to another shop. They put it on the rack, took off the back tire and showed me the broken axle. Took them 2 minutes. I don't know what I got for my $50, but it wasn't what I needed.
Bought a bike there and the mechanic was helpful with the purchase. But when I had issues with the wheels being out of true two days after purchase the owner accused me of jumping curbs or running over them and wouldn't back his product. The owner is very unprofessional and there are two way better shops right across the street.
