I was driving home with my fiancé and her daughter when I encountered one of their cabs driving recklessly. I wouldn't advise anyone to ride in a cab of a company that does not screen their drivers.
Perhaps they feel that this was too small a job and just ignored me. Quite sad. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything. It is rated only one star - though if I could have rated it ZERO stars I would have.
Not recommended!No professionalism,they say 15 mins and never show up.You try to call them to find out what is going on, they are out of reach.I missed an interview opportunity because of them.I am done with them!
Went on their website and booked a reservation for 3pm to take a short trip to pick up a U-Haul. Three O'clock came and went and no one showed up. Left a message - since you cannot speak to a LIVE person - and no one called back. Emailed dispatch... nothing.
I took them from the airport and didn't receive a reciept from the driver. Called to get a reciept to document for business expenses. Called on a Friday and he said it would send by Monday. Today (Tuesday), I followed up and the man said he would sent it. Waited 6 hours, called again and the man hung up on me. I've tried calling back to get my reciept. Unprofessional and rude! Do yourself a favor, take an Uber. They actually care about customer service.
