Food and drinks were good. Atmosphere okay. Restrooms needed attention
Absolutely no people in the restaurant. I walked in with my wife and we sat and waited. After 10 minutes, we realized the staff that saw us walk in was not going to acknowledge us or greet us so we could give them our money. We got up and left. I could stay home and wait for delivery faster than they’d actually come up to help.
Really big bar. My friends and I went later and got some drinks and cake. Cake was huge also! Although the male server kept going to the back joking with his coworkers, most of the time we sat around waiting for him to come back and take orders or give the check.
Waited soooo long for everything, drinks food and check included .. so many better options in short pump.. only went cause everything else had a 40+ min wait and this place was able to walk right in , can see why..
Had business in Richmond to do and had to come to Bar Louie. Great customer service. Staff know how to poor a good drop of guineas. A must come to Bar. Love it
