Great place for live music and there's some good food on the menu too. Craft beer selection is okay and doesn't seem to change. Service is slow even if you're at the bar. If you're getting take out check your food before leaving. Didn't get dip last time with chicken tenders.
Our staff orders lunch from here a lot. We usually let the long delivery times go because the food is pretty good. After waiting and 1 1/2 hours for lunch we discovered spaghetti sauce spilled everywhere in the bag including into our managers chicken wrap. Called to inform the restaurant and was instructed to send the food back and wait for fresh food. Waiting another hour plus for fresh food is ridiculous. Being in the hospitality industry (23 yrs) and having been a restaurant manager before this is poor customer service. A simple "I do apologize, how does 10/15/20% off your next order, for the inconvenience of having to eat the now sloppy spaghetti blackened chicken wrap the driver had tossing around in the back of his car sound" Really? Great customer service goes a long way I will no longer eat here, recommend to our hotel guest, and will pass the word around to my fellow hotel comrades who recommend this establishment to their guest. Great way to loose good business.
High quality bar food with a great beer selection and reasonable prices. Their daily food specials are hand crafted and delicious. Plus talented live music every day and an amazing staff!! One of the best bars in Richmond.
