Didn't catch the guys names but they were great both of them were very knowledgeable. This was the first time I didn't buy a shoe because of how it looked. I got the shoe that was the right fit for my running style and form. I ended up with a new pair of Brooks shoes and a set of insoles. I can't wait till tomorrow and go try them out.
Recently went in for shoes because I work at Amazon and we walk for about 9 hours a night. My feet were in agony every night. I walked in, was immediately greeted by a very friendly man and he got me started on their process. They'll examine your feet to see what arch support you'll need, watch you walk, let you test out inserts, socks, etc. I enjoyed being there greatly. The shoes I bought were so worth the price and I leave work with very minimal foot pain. The difference is night and day. I can actually perform my job better. Love these guys and this store.
The staff is very knowledgeable about running and how to analyze what an individual needs. They worked closely with and we found a shoe that has been fantastic. My third pair from the store. Excellent service.
Recently voted "Best Sporting Goods Store in Richmond" and I can see why: super knowledgeable staff, GREAT customer service, and competitive pricing. They offer a free gait analysis to make sure you are in the proper training shoe! I would recommend this store for anyone, whether you're a beginner jogger or experienced marathoner!
I have purchased running shoes from this store in the past, it was recommended to me by someone who has run in the Boston Marathon and other marathons. What you get at this store is a proper style shoe for your stride. If you have running shoes, they will look at the wear, they will watch you run and then recommend shoes that fit how you run. The inexperienced person cannot do this on their own nor can you find that level of service online. If you go here, or any specialty locally owned store, and they are able to help you find a shoe ... purchase them even if a little higher because you are paying for that additional level of service.
