Horrible customer service. Employees add services to your account without asking. Have hidden fees on new accounts. Boost is wonderful. This store makes Boost Mobile look bad. I suggest going to another Boost Mobile location.
I went to just ask if i can change my boost phone number to another phone specifically an iphone 4s from sprint and my answer was that no and that i shouldnt be trying to switch phone numbers i was like wow ok then bye .
Do not buy this store
You have to be lucky enough to walk in when there's a certain guy working. Everyone else behind the counter has no idea what they are doing.
