The worst customer service.. They are terrible and they can be because there aren't that many other cable companies to switch to in the area. Expensive for channels you don't need/want and a hassle to deal with over the phone.
Been with Verizon for 20+ years. Contacted Verizon Fios twice this week regarding discount triple play offerings, since no longer on contract. Was told there is nothing available for me! Will continue to charge me $217.00/month forever. Wow! customer loyalty? Fat chance!
Buyer beware! They have the absolute worst customer service, are completely overpriced and make absolutely zero effort to help you as a customer. Inept as a business, reporting to the better business bureau. 2 weeks this has dragged out, to my expense!
They will do anything to get you to sign up. After 1 year, price hike. After 2 years, huge price hike. I cancelled when they wouldn't fix my bill. They sent me emails for 6 months saying that I owed negative 3 dollars. They finally sent me a check for 3 dollars and I thought it would be over. Nope. They now send me emails stating that I owe 0 dollars. There is no way to cancel the emails or my account. They intentionally harass former customers. The best way to prevent this is to never become a customer in the first place. What an awful company!
