Had a good experience at West Broad location where the sales rep was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Complete opposite at this Carytown location where I was not acknowledged the entire time I waited for assistance (that never came).
Not too impressive service. Officious and humorless saleswoman put the damper on purchasing nephew's first bike, at end of sale turned without so much as a thank you and let junior flunkie ring up purchase. Nobody even bothered to inflate tires. The bike itself was ok but the experience ensures I won't be back to this place.
