Didn't fix the inner tube for my child's bike properly. Went to back to have them fix it and later that same day tube was flat.Never going back.
I don't always review places but when I do, it's because they are great ...or because they are awful. I am happy to report that my experience at Agee's Bicycles recently was GREAT!!!! In all we bought 2 new bikes, gear, bike rack AND a built in bike lock for the rack...all in the space of a 4 week time period. We must have gone there 10 times for one thing or another (including once to return a bike that did not feel right after we got home!) Not ONE time did we encounter anything but smiling, helpful, knowledgeable folks ALL intent on us having a GREAT biking experience! A special shout out to Daniel Rogers for his patience AND his always smiling face! WE ARE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!

Agee's is the original bicycle store in Richmond, and where I got my first bicycle. They have a ton of selection, especially for comfort bicycles. The bikes tend to be overpriced for what they are, and I would not choose Agee's to shop for an urban single speed. Worth a few test rides here anyway though.
