Their service is great, I use them for all my vehicles (except the one that's still under new car warranty) and I have more than the average person. This last time I came in I was in a bind because one of my cars that I only drive on special occasion needed an inspection done. It was late on a Friday afternoon and we wanted to take my car up to DC, it had been over a month since I had last driven it and almost that long since the inspection sticker expired. They told me to bring it on in, they had couple other cars ahead of me but got it completed in well under an hour. Much appreciated!!
Very fair and knowledgeable folks to deal with. Very fair rates too.
These people aren't honest AT ALL! Worst place ever. Don't bring your car to these people. I brought my car in for what should have been less than a 500$ fix and he claimed my whole car was so messed up it would cost $3,000! I bounced onto a curb with my car so I called the nearest tow and brought to this shop. When he called me for an estimated almost a week later, he claimed my bumper was completely gone (news to me cos I had eyes and I saw with them my bumper still there when I had my car towed to them) and that there was no way I could drive with how my tires were looking. He said everything under the hood was so damaged and my car was as and I quote "as good as scrap metal at this point" mind you I had only hit a curb! The body of my car had only small damage in the front the bumper was cracked and my coolant was leaking. He claimed I would have to pay 3,000 plus but when I started asking which parts he would have to replace and other questions he got upset with me and told me I would need to take my car somewhere else. So when I went to pick up my car he had taken a piece out of the bumper that only had a crack in it but the bumper was still there. I left my car there and still I was able to drive away and make it all the way home with no problems other than it started overheating because the coolant was leaking out but that was all it drove perfectly fine . to my surprise because the way he described it I would have to sell my car for scraps. My car was completely fine, my tires were very driveable they were actually brand new cos I had replaced them a week before. the only thing wrong with my car was the coolant leak and the radiator which only cost me 80$ for the part and nothing for the labor as I had a friend who put it in for me.
Yesterday I went here for the first time. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a flat tire due to a nail. They were wonderful. Hannah was very nice, their prices were fair, and it was great that their mechanics showed me things I was not aware of with my new to me vehicle. I've been to so many mechanics over the years, and never have I actually had this great of an experience. They were even able to plug the hole in my tire (some other places charged me for new tires and later I find out that wasn't needed). I will continue going here from now on. I was very impressed with the service and by how much they cared.
Honest and reliable. They do great work and treat you like a friend.
