I went to the shop to inquire about getting a state inspection. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He did not greet or acknowledge me when I came into the establishment. When I asked how long the wait was for an inspection he rudely replied, "tomorrow! Have a nice day." He never even looked at me. I was appalled. This is not the type of establishment that I would spend my money at. If they treat their customers this poorly I can only imagine how they treat their customer's cars.
Red flag ⛳️ they're empty or one car on the lift, but can't take your vehicle until the next day. I went in for an inspection as a referral. Spent $772 to replace ball joints, which went bad in less than a year and right around 12k mile warranty. Drew said I can pay $300 (a deal, he said in between huffing at me), again to have them replaced.
The best service and experience you can trust. I've been taking my car to Drew and his son for years. Drew always lets me know what's going on with my car and gives honest advice about what he thinks needs to be done. He's an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and his work shows.
