I ordered a belt on 5/11/13 was told it would be there within 5 days. I called the location 5/14/13 to check on status of belt and was told it wasn't there yet. Called back on 5/17/2013 to check the status of ordered was informed by the associate that the belt was never ordered :( The worst customer service I have ever received from a Gucci Boutique. Never will do business at this establishment again. I normally purchase all my Chanel cosmetics from here as well. I guess I will take that drive to Tyson Corner for great customer service!
Needed a rushed order, was purchasing a birthday item for my wife. Martina Winston was so professional, exceptional and helpful in assisting me get what I wanted. She was working in shoes, and I was not looking for shoes but she made several phone calls and researched several items I was interested in. I got more than what I was looking for going to Saks today. Very pleasant experience. Can't say enough. Awesome job!!!
Me and a friend went to this location just browsing with hopes of buying something but in return we were followed around by a staff member the entire time did not even ask if we needed help just followed us never going to this location again
My mom and I had an amazing experience with Dagmar Ralph style Advisor she was very pleasant and helpful she made us feel welcome gave us refreashments while we tried on dresses she was very knowable and patient excellent services will diffinalty return and recommend if you need to find the perfect outfit and great customer service.
