Over all good experience..I came to exchange a vacuum filter for the correct one... no one in appliance department...saw an associate in mattress department...he was with no customers....Stacy refused to exchange....told me the other associate was at lunch....went down stairs....the cashier exchanged it promptly...very courteous and friendly young woman.....I have given the five stars to your cashier... Stacy I would rate him a zero.
Lady behind the jewelry counter had one of the nastiest attitude I've ever seen on a store clerk. In front of the manager at that!
Just went into this store with every intention of purchasing a craftsman riding mower. They only had 1 in stock of the model I was interested in and it was up on a jack in the store. When I asked if it could be lowered, I was informed, by the manger, they would not lower it. No wonder sears is about out of business with customer service like that. I won't be back.. and I won't be purchasing a craftsman mower.
