Nice small location on campus. It's a very small, convenience store set up with Wal-Mart prices, basic options, and friendly staff. Great place for a few VCU Rams Tshirts and hats.
Went to this Walmart with my girlfriend to buy a couple small items, some light bulbs and hair products. As we were leaving, a police officer came up to us and said we were being detained, as an employee at the Walmart had reported us as acting "suspicious." I asked what we were being accused of and they said the employee simply said we were being suspicious with no specific accusation. Even though we showed them everything we had purchased and the receipts for all the items, we were forced to wait for TWO HOURS while the officer and the employees looked over the security camera footage.
Usually pretty poorly stocked, only really worth going to if you need something that instant otherwise go to Kroger.
Honestly I just feel violated right now, I shop at the other Walmarts around here all the time with no problems. I don't understand why the employees in the Walmart couldn't just check our receipts or ask us as we were leaving. They turned this into a whole dramatic ordeal for no reason and I definitely won't shop here ever again.

Great place for college kids to do their grocery shopping. This Walmart is essentially a small grocery store, minus the fresh fruit and meat. It is a bit cramped in there, but good for getting what you need. They don't have everything, but it's enough. The line can get a little long and can block people from trying to get into some of the eisles.
