1. When you call to get supplies, you are always put on hold and around 5 minutes later are sent to voicemail. If you leave a message, you never get a call back. I normally end up having to press zero to get an operator whick can send you to a person who can handle your supply order.
The only pro of this company is the people I dealt with when getting the machine for the first time. The person I worked with was pleasant and answered all of my questions patiently.
Well as an update. Don't waste your time with this company. After several calls and no help or returned calls back to me. I ended up call the doctor's office to send me to someone else for supplies and recommending they drop this crappy company from any referrals..You would think that they would want to make it right and call me back but I didn't even get that. I just hope they don't do this to others because now I have to wait longer for my supplies because of their poor customer support.
Heck I can't get them to call me back or answer their phone. Not a good start so we will see. Will update my review once we get this figured out.
I hate this company with a fiery passion.
2. Supply orders take literally months to arrive, regardless of how the order is placed. If you call to complain, they say that they are swamped with orders. You have to make it crystal clear with them that you are completely out of supplies after ordering over two months ago. I probably have to spend 10-20 hours with them each time I need supplies.
Great staff!! They are so helpful with supplies and teaching you how to use my cpap machine. I love this company.
4. Billing issues galore. My initial estimate was something like $15/mo for the machine. I am being charged $50/month for it. ABC says this is correct despite the paperwork they gave me when I picked up the unit that clearly states $15/mo. I was also told I would no longer have to pay for the machine after 9 months, but I am still being billed $50/mo for it after a year.
Unfortunately for ABC healthcare, I don’t have an extra 10-20 hours every 3 months to deal with them, and will be switching providers with great glee. Avoid this company at all costs.
3. They always mess up your order. My CPAP machine has two filters: a 1 month and a 6 month. I have asked for a 6 month multiple times, but they always send a one month. I have yet to receive the replacement 6 month filter after a year of having the machine.
The staff is very knowlegeable and professional. They strive to supply me with all the equipment I need.
