Can't get them to answer the phone every time I call. I just want to make an appt. This is frustrating.

I love my husband's doctor. Just wish he was in a different office. They aren't as friendly here as in the office he used to go to.
I will not be back. They have no respect for your time or customer service. Today, I went into the Glennwood facility for a simple physical that my work required. I didn't have any health problems or anything. I just need the form signed off and I would be good to go. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment. It took me 5 mins to fill out all the forms. From there, they were 15 mins late in bringing me back. The nurse did the blood pressure and what not and then someone took blood. Those two things took about 15 mins. Given how slow they were, I told the nurse that I had a meeting at 11 and needed to be done by 1045. It was 10:15 at this point. She didn't acknowledge that statement. After about 45 mins of waiting, the doctor arrives and completes my physical (which takes 10 mins). I had to call and cancel two meetings due to their unacceptably slow service. I would be fired if I provided this kind of customer service.
