We had some problems with this place at first, but got them worked out. We love the hot tub. We got a 6 person one loaded up with jets and LED lights and all the extras. I honestly didn't think I would get this nice of a hot tub online. The issue we had at first was it got shipped without any of the headrests that go inside the spa. They have little pegs that hold them in. I don't know if they maybe fell off in shipping or something.It took like 3 or 4 days before we got them shipped to us after the spa got here.
We bought a hot tub from Inter spa, they boasted about there warranty. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!! They lied. 1 1/2 years after we purchased spa it leaked very bad. It leaked at a fitting that was put together crooked then glued together. When we called customer service no one ever answered. I got a call back a week later but I wasn't there to receive the call. After that I called a minimum of 4 times, emailed. Then called the online sales person, who boasted this wonderful warranty. Said he would personally get in touch with warranty dept. And get us taken care of. I never received another call. Finally fixed it at our own expense. 2 months later, another leak, filter canister this time. Called salesperson, no use calling customer service, they don't call back. Salesperson says put in a service request. Did that last time with NO results. "Well can't help you without a service request" I would warn anyone and everyone! Beware! They do not honor there warranty!!!! 2 leaks since Purchase 12/15 is ridiculous.
