IThere never seems to be any updates or maintenance done. The red mats at the bottom of the slides look like they were recovered from a dumpster. There were half eaten crackers on tables, trash all over the place and mounds of dust. Some of this is understandable if busy but there were 3 total kids in the building. I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner.
The concession seemed reasonably priced especially for this kind of place.
The games are run of the mill get tickets games. My son had 93 tickets and the guy bumped it up to 100 so he could get something that he really wanted which I thought was very nice.
Went here with my son and a friend for a fun spring break thing. The cost is very reasonable and I love that grown ups don't have to pay to get in (you can't jump either which is fine with me!). We spent almost 2 hours there between them jumping/bouncing, eating a snack and spending $3 each on the games they have.
I saw 2-3 employees walking around monitoring the kids the whole time we were there. I felt like they were doing a great job to keep the kids playing safely and one of them was walking around and pushing on the inflatables, I guess checking the air levels. They were quick to correct the kids that needed it, but did so in a friendly way.
My kids & I visited Monkey Joe's for the first time today, we had an incredible time & the staff is so kind & helpful. My son (age 3) got stuck in one of the inflatables that he had to climb & a staff member was in there fast helping him & taught him how to do it & another time my same son was afraid to go down the slide once he got to the top & a staff member was to his rescue is seconds. The pricing at the concession stand was way better than I imagined & I honestly have no complaints. Thank you Monkey Joe's and staff for such a great experience.
Dirty Dirty we arrived when they opened carpets hadn't been vacuumed, bathrooms beyond dirty. Oh and just don't look up the 3in of dust on everything will hit you in the face.
A great place for young children's birthday parties! This location was clean, well-lit, and staffed with super friendly and helpful employees. We had a party for 16 children and it went great. The bouncy toys are tons of fun, and parents are allowed on the toys with their children.
We left and the two 8 year olds were very tired after 2 hours of play. We would certainly go back.
