If I could give no stars to this shop, I would. I had a very negative experience. The charge was twice what I was told it would be and the staff could neither tell me what was adjusted on our bikes nor why my rear tire lost air. Only that it didn't raise any concerns for them, and if there was a problem, an inner tube wasn't included anyway (for the $70 I paid per bike.) First ride, I put my water bottle in the holder and the whole thing slides off. I own a nice bike to ride with my kids but I felt very taken advantage of by this group of twenty somethings. If, as a middle aged lady, I have to ask for help loading my bikes into the minivan, you can be sure I won't be going back. Ever.
Best shop in town. The staff knows what they are doing and very kind. Repaired my bike no problem and got me back on the road!
Great service and patience. One of three or 4 shops I visited - 2nd shop that had childrens' helmets. Purchased Giant brand kids helmet that should serve my son well.
Great service while helping my son pick a BMX bike. I had no idea what to get him but went to the perfect place. My son rides on his bike any chance he gets-- he loves it.
I had an A +++ experience! Travis and his crew will not steer you the wrong way they give you the honest truth. Their customer service and expertise is hands-down probably the best in Richmond! I just bought a bike for my wife and went back and forth and went back and forth with them and other bike shops. They were patient courteous and kind and their service in house warranties are above all others. GO HERE FOR YOUR NEXT BIKE! - Justin
