One of the best Doctors I have ever experienced. Professional, great listener and extremely helpful. Staff is second to none.
He doesn't listen to you and your concerns. If the numbers from the test look ok - he is okay with you feeling like death. The nurse does not call you or follow up about lab results - you have to chase them down. When I told her about my concerns and she said she would pass them along to Dr. Castellucvi. I never heard back from neither of them.
Doctor is good but the supporting staffs are not. Two times they left my appointment in the system but was there on my chart. I have to wait horribly long to finish my check up for which I scheduled long back. Secondly they will not honor you for their mistakes and make you wait long for their mistakes. Normally here wait time is long and will lose half a day work. They will not follow up on your test results and we need to chase it.
