Dr. Peter Alexander is one of the best neurosurgeons in the Richmond area. Under his care, he guided me and ultimately performed neck surgery. The results were excellent! Within 48 hours I was pain free. Two months later I am 100% healthy. As you might imagine his services are in demand and so, there were a few times I had to show patience with his staff. In the end, it was worth it. There is no replacement for having a competent surgeon. I wish anyone reading this much luck and relief.
Dr. Alexander is wonderful and so is the triage nurse. However, the remaining staff at the office lack empathy, are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. It's shocking that they work in the field of helping people because they lack those characteristics needed.
