Excellent. Very calm and compassionate physician who was most likely very busy but always gave the nonverbals of having all the time in the world to answer questions (sometimes multiple times) for an anxious patient and her family. No one wants to have any type of neurosurgery and his quiet manner and confidence made the situation the best it could be under the circumstances. We would highly recommend him and that practice.
