i would highly rate this a 5!!!!! i have been a patient of Dr Thomas Loughran since 1990. He is THE BEST orthapedic surgeon , he takes time and discusses your case, his bedside manner is Wonderful! Dr. Loughran is a wonderful person and the staff is GREAT too!
