Cora and her staff have great customer service and make you feel comfortable with what can be some very sensitive issues. I saw her at 6 months postpartum after my 2nd baby for pelvic floor and core dysfunction. Not only did she help resolve some issues, like back pain and leaking, she and Casey taught me things that changed how I planned my fitness routine and as a personal trainer how I work with my female clients. I wish I had worked with Cora even before having my first child.
