Great place to make exercise and take your dog for a walk. Bring water and comfortable shoes because the trails can be slippery
When we arrived there were two guys suspiciously hanging out in the parking lot. When we didn't feel comfortable leaving our car so we went to the other lot. They followed shortly after. We left and hours later came back to try again. They were back in the first lot. We spoke to the Park Ranger, who said there have been a lot of car break ins. Long story short, they were definitely trying to break into cars. We didn't end up seeing the actual park. Truly unfortunate that safety is making the park not able to be enjoyed.
Great walking path with pokestops and now three gyms within a few steps of the park.
Poor security and police support. Don't leave valuables visible.
Nice park south of the river in Richmond. Seems to be quiet, unless kickball is being played there.
