I was very satisfied with the Customer Service, although it was extremely busy. The car I rented was fairly clean but not as clean as I would've liked it to be. Understandable though considering the turnover rate for this location, which seemed pretty high. The tire pressure light came on, so I called them and was quickly given the Jiffy Lube location to have it looked at. I went there and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. I will probably rent from them again.
Front desk lady was curt to the point of being very rude. We ask if they had a 6+ passenger vehicle over the phone she said yes and would have it ready when their driver picked me up. The driver didn't show up for over an hour and I finally got a ride there. I asked her if it was the large vehicle and she said it was what I need. After the whole process I finally found out that she was trying to put me in a subcompact car that can barely hold 4 people. Needless to say we didn't rent from them.
Good cars and customer service.
I've rented here dozens of times. Small off-airport location so the selection is limited. But that sometimes means a free upgrade to something on hand. They get me on my way quickly (most of the time) and professionally.
I rented a car yesterday to drive to Dulles today, the lady was very pleasant and competent even though she was quite busy as it was close to the end of the day, she took the time to reassure me about the minor marks on the bodywork and minor stain on upholstery and entered them on the diagram even though I don't think they would have charged me for them. I have rented from here before and I think it was the same lhigh standard, I think the same lady, Dropping off was fine too. When you have a long journey ahead of you (going to India) you really appreciate hiring a car not to be stressful at all.
