Extremely efficient process. I was a little taken aback by the lack of paperwork required to pick-up the vehicle, and there was no process to confirm the condition of the vehicle upon rental. However, the vehicle was much nicer than expected (the most affordable option is usually not the best quality, but this was certainly an exception to the rule), it was in great condition, got amazing gas mileage, and provided us with the service we needed during our visit. We were even able to drop off the car before normal business hours without any trouble, and got email confirmation for the final receipt before lunch.
The customer service is horrendous. I'll NEVER rent ANOTHER car from this place again. I've been calling them for the last three days and STILL no one makes an attempt to simply answer my call. A simple receipt and they cannot send it to me. I've been hounding them for this for more than a month.
I didn't have a rental car yet, and I was coming in on a late flight. The gentlemen stayed open late for me (after talking to me on the phone prior to my flight from Boston) and went above and beyond. Thanks!
Was skeptical from the reviews but I got a new car with 300 miles on it.... got there and they had my car ready no issues. Unlimited miles and returned it and it was exactly what I was quoted. No complaints here and would rent from them again.
