They are closing and do not stand behind their merchandise any more... very sad Ronnie is not to be trusted anymore. He will say anything to make a sale and his store is closing so they offer no warranties
I have very little experience in buying jewelry, so without a lot of knowledge on the topic I was most interested in finding a store that prides itself on taking care of its customers. This is that store. If you are like me and are seeking a partner in working through all aspects of an impending purchase, I'd encourage you to bring your business here. The staff are highly knowledgeable and professional, and I really can't stress this enough, they will not rest until you are 100% satisfied.

This bracelet was a gift to my wife 26 years ago and had not been worn for about 15 years because of the missing screw and threading issue. I wanted it to be a surprise for her 71st birthday and our celebration trip to Cape Cod...The "re-gift" brought my wonderful wife to tears...I nicknamed Robin "HOPE" because she was the one that elevated the attention of everyone at the store to give me the "hope" that I needed. In this day and age it is darn near impossible to find ADOLPH JEWELER'S level of excellent service...This 75 year old husband could not have been happier and more proud...Thank you all again....
If I could give10 stars they would deserve everyone of them and more...I brought my wife's 18k LOVE bracelet to repair the missing screw and threading issue...I had already left it at 3 of Richmond's finest jewelry stores, and all 3 said yes they could fix-it. Just leave it and we will call you when it is ready to be picked up. Not one was able to do anything and all said that it could not be fixed...A friend of mine recommended that I take it to ADOLF JEWELERS and I am so glad that I did. I had the most wonderful customer experience with Robin, the entire staff, including the owner, Ronnie...Everyone was taking their turn at looking and assessing the issue when Ronnie, the owner walked in...He looked at it, and said to the staff, "we can fix this" come back in about an hour. I called and when I arrived back at their store, to my wonderful surprise, the bracelet was fixed and polished back to its new 18k sheen.
