We worked mostly over email and she was fast, responsive and answered any and all questions. For someone very ignorant of the process and industry she was patient and helped me through the entire thing. She even arranged to drop off the ring for me when I was unable to get to the store before a holiday. In the end we created a ring my fiancee adores and we got it resized for her in just a few days.
