Located about 10 minutes from central downtown Richmond. Clean, nice, large rooms. Checking in and checkin out was quick and easy.
This is probably the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Thanks to the new renovation all the rooms and the lobby were brand new and beautifully done!
Very polite, respectful, and courteous staff. Hotel is kept very clean at all times. Awesome breakfast in the morning and if you ask for privacy in your room you get privacy. I would recommend this place to any and everyone that ever needs a place to stay when coming to VA to visit! Keep up the wonderful work!
My wife and I had a 5 star experience here. Nice large bright lobby. Easy as can be check in with a friendly staff member. Our room was great. Spacious, clean as a pin. Wifi was fast and free. And breakfast was very good and free.
Very nice hotel. Outdoor pool. Small fitness center accessible 24/7 with keycard. Nice room though not completely sound proof from noise from other nearby rooms even from floors above and below. Staff very nice and professional.
The last star was lost because the shower was just OK (seemingly not included in the reno) and people walking around upstairs in the morning caused an annoying floor creaking sound early in the morning.
The breakfast was solid (could use another waffle station though) and all the employees were wonderful.
I would highly recommend staying here though, basically a brand new hotel with a great staff!
