Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, free breakfast. Carpet is a bit worn down in some of the rooms.
Very comfortable rooms. Neat rooftop bar. Swimming pool was closed on a hot weekend and parking is too expensive @ 15 bucks a day.
We were on an upper floor and we could easily hear street traffic, but that was not the worst part. There is a rooftop bar that doesn't close until 2 am. When it did, the people leaving were SO LOUD. I could not place where it was coming from: on the street or another room, or the bar. I complained to the front desk and they said it was people leaving the bar, and I was probably hearing them in the elevator. The noise wen on for about 30 mins. If you stay here bring ear plugs.
Parking is $15 a day in the garage.
Very nice rooms with kitchenette and separate bedrooms. Modern and clean. Staff was great and the location was perfect for my needs. Will stay here again when in Richmond!
Elevator system is... Interesting. You select your floor from a touch screen in the elevator lobby. It then directs you to the elevator that will come for you. This fails to take into account what happens when the selected elevator going the other direction stops at your floor to let someone off. You get on, thinking it's your time, only to go for a ride all over the place. Only one elevator stops at each parking level.
Horrible customer service, poorly run, as if teenage kids are operating the hotel. Internet works only sporadically at best. The one star is for the lovely breakfast lady who was the only nice hard working individual in sight.
