Easy check in, everything was clean, staff was resourceful and friendly, food was great and fresh.Hats off the kitchen staff. The waiter was wonderful and chef. Great price. Wonderful place for the family reunion. Thanks so much for all you all did. When i return from Florida again you are our only choice.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
With the name Holiday Inn I have come to expect a certain standard and this hotel did not meet any of expectations. To say the staff was RUDE would be an understatement. They were downright mean. Because I booked on the IHG site and not calling for reservations I was charged $75 which it's going on now 2 weeks and I still have not been refunded. I called to ask about the $75 and a very rude "lady" in the sales department told me it would take 5 to 7 business days and "she doesn't know why it's such a big deal to me, it's only $75" she then proceeded to hang up on me. The room had water damage on the ceiling, the bathroom wasn't clean enough. The AC would not work, and upon informing the staff I was told I could go somewhere else. This place should not even have the name Holiday Inn!
This is a nice Holiday Inn easily accessible from the interstate. The room was nice and comfortable. The bed allowed for a good night's rest and made getting up early a joy. The shower had great pressure and the water was instantly hot helping me to get ready for a productive day. I would recommend this Holiday Inn if you are a tired traveler looking for the perfect spot to regain the spring in your step!!!
Comfy, quiet and convenient - everything I want in a stay. Nothing I like better after an 11 hour drive like a quick and painless check in followed by a clean and relaxing room to crash out in and this hotel provided all of those things. Also, the attached restaurant seems to be a step up from the usual questionable hotel fare. My breakfast there was on par with what you'd find at nice brunch spot. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful hotel. Clean, easy to find and park. Concierge was great, and bathroom was clean. Very comfy king bed.
