It is a pretty nice hotel close to the short pump mall. staff is extremely courteous. The banquet halls and conference rooms are very well managed. Room service is alwayd prompt. The rooms are well maintained and the pleasantries are of extremely good quality
I come here for a week almost every month and they never disappoint!
Attended a professional event with dinner in a conference room. The food was very good. Served promptly and hot. Hotel was clean and attractive. Room set up was spacious and well laid out. Sound system was clear and the volume was just right for the size room.
Very nice atmosphere. Very open lobby. Pleasant staff. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Great place if you are alone but also great for families. Everything you need...pool, spa, gym, restaurant and a Starbucks.
Once again a fabulous stay at the Hilton! This is a first class hotel with all of the amenities. The team was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and clean- everything you could want in a top hotel. Clearly, there is excellent management in place! Gabrielle was particularly helpful and added to our delightful experience.
This place has the best staff on the planet! Always very helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Indoor pool/hot tub was nice too. Shula's restaurant = delicious!
