Rooms were great! Mine was huge and super comfy. The staff was nice and valet service was super convenient
This hotel is located at the heart of the downtown. The views are great. No free breakfast is a bummer but the courtesy of the staff covers for it. The rooms are spacious. Amenities are great. Internet speed is adequate for regular work. The TV channel selections are very limited.
A little pricey but the rooms are clean, staff is great. Rooms are large and AC works great. Restaurant is Italian and was delicious. Bar is nice place to grab a bite or a quick drink. Frig in room. Lots of seating and places to put luggage. Free WiFi. Flavored water every day all day. Washer, dryer and ice machine. Across the street from Richmond Convention Center and Starbucks.
Very nice room, plenty of space for the kids to run around. Valet service was excellent. Breakfast was nice, but not remarkable and we expected a little more. They did offer turkey options though and the staff was very nice. The bus stop was right by the side of the hotel we were on, but it was easy enough to sleep through the beeping and engine noise.
Beautiful renovations in the past few years and the hotel is very nice. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was huge and very nice. Only downside was that our shower head fell apart and got water all over the bathroom.
