Stayed here during a business trip. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and tidy. Would give them 6 Stars if I could!
Staff was very pleasant. Hotel had had power outage so there was a delay getting into our room bc keys didn't work. Breakfast has a pretty large selection. Unfortunately on weekends the breakfast doesn't start until 7. We were staying for a sports tournament and had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Was also a little annoyed that middle school age kids were not allowed to be in lobby without an adult even though they were just sitting playing on their phones.
I went here for a convention. And I can say the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Nice place to stay. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores.
This hotel needs some renovation. The decor is outdated. The elevator makes a really scary noise. The front desk was exceptional! A power pole had been hit before I checked in. The 2 young women were composed and very apologetic. It looks like renovations are being done. I hope they plan to install central heating and air. I don't like a box blowing at me.
This location is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff has been great. The exterior looks good and remodeled, the interior is a bit dated. All in all this is an acceptable place if you need to be around the area but it's definitely a bit out of the way so it's not a tourist location.
