Small park with jogging and bike trial. There are 2 picnic tables and great place to walk your dog. Park is well kept and its quiet except for road way next to it.
This place is great for a city dweller who is is seeking dirt hiking trails beneath a forest canopy. I've seen deer, turtles, a fox, LOTS of squirrels, and a bunch of other wildlife here. 2.4 mile loop around the park is my daily workout and a great way to burn off some of my 19lb terriers extra energy. Just be aware of the mountain bikers. Please keep all dogs on leash. It's a posted rule and the polite thing to do.
Uncrowded Trails for hiking and biking.
Nice scenery, a little road noise from 150 since the leaves are off the trees. Trails are windy, pay attention to footing lots of roots and stumps to trip on. Great for a quick walk!
