Not a place you want to take your jewelry for repair! I specifically requested that a piece be fixed for my granddaughters birthday, was told there was plenty of time and I could pick it up on that day only to find out when I went to get it to take to her birthday party it was NOT repaired!!!! No explanation. No help. No sorries. No one was there but a sales clerk and she didn't know what to say. Won't go back again even to shop. What a terrible disappointment! I took the bracelet with me and had to tell my granddaughter that I needed to have the charm put on it before she could wear it. So all she could do was look at it!!!!!
